- I used to play the piano as a child. I still play now and then, and was looking to buy a piano. I don't have a lot of room in my house, so I investigated electronic keyboard pianos. Before purchasing an electronic keyboard piano, you should get acquainted with the different types. You can research them, or do as I did and go to a music store and try them out. I also got online and read some customer reviews about the couple that I was interested in. A plus to owning an electronic keyboard piano is they are portable. They are a little different than a regular piano in sound and feel, but I quickly adjusted. I am back to playing the piano again!
- My dad was in the military for the first 16 years of my life. That meant moving every 3 years. I loved moving and getting to see sites all over the world. I started showing an interest in piano around age 7 and my parents were more than willing to get me lessons. For a long time I just used the piano at the church to practice. We considered getting a piano for the house, but even just rearranging the room can cause a piano to get out of tune and it would be expensive to tune it after every duty station. Finally, we found an electronic piano that sounds great and never needs to be tuned. It is the perfect solution for the pianist on the move.
