- I am an office manager for a small business. It was time to replace our old worn out copy machines, and I was in charge of getting the best copier at the best price. I started by making a list of all the functions the office copiers would need. We definitely need color and sorting options. I found an office copier that allowed us to do that and so much more. We can also scan, staple, enlarge, reduce, etc. with this machine. As a bonus, the copier also has a printing feature. Print jobs can be sent straight from the computer to the copier and your copies are waiting for you. This allowed us to trade in all of our printers and put the money towards our new copier.
- I work at an advertising company and our business wouldn't run at all unless we had resources to help us out. I'd like to say I'm a big wig, but truthfully, I am the secretary and whatever the bosses need it's my job to get it for them. I make a weekly run to the office supply store to stock up on note pads, pens and printer paper. There is one store in particular that I go to because I get $5 off my purchase for every empty printer cartridges I bring in. This isn't a huge savings, but every little bit helps.
